ADULTS T&Cs
1. All lessons must be paid for in advance or by invoice
2. No refunds can be given once the course has started
3. Any information given to Splash Swim School, for
example your swimming ability or medical details will be
assumed to be true and accurate, should this not be the
case we will not be liable.
4. Splash Swim School reserves the right to make changes
to the programme or to cancel lessons, where possible
another location/time will be arranged or a credit will
be given.
5. It is your responsibility to notify us of any
illnesses, injuries or medical conditions likely to
impede your ability to participate.
6. Any additional lessons will be charged at the normal
rate.
7. We will provide swimming aids, equipment and a
qualified ASA swimming teacher.
8. Each lesson will be a maximum of 30 minutes.
9. Splash staff may occasionally video swimmers for
training purposes only. Photographs may also be taken
occasionally for Splash publicity. If you have any
objections please put a note on the bottom of your
booking form.
10. You are requested not to use video or any type of
camera/mobile phone in the changing rooms or on
pool-side due to child protection issues.
11. It has been identified in the Risk Assessment that
only one spectator per lesson should watch per week at
the Stable Club due to limited space around the pool.
12. Please remember if you are on pool-side watching,
for safety reasons we would ask that you remain quiet
and seated. Any children that are also watching must be
supervised at all times, remaining seated and quiet
also.
13. Please be aware that there is a maximum age limit
for a child to enter the changing rooms of the opposite
sex (8 years old). Parents must supervise children less
than 8 years at all times in the changing rooms &
toilets.
14. Shoes must be removed, or shoe covers worn before
going onto pool-side.
Splash Swim School is a member of the Institute of
Swimming Teachers and Coaches, and the Amateur Swimming
Association (A.S.A.).

2. A child’s place is booked and committed for the whole term,
cancellation during the term will receive no refunds and any
outstanding accounts must be paid for in full.
3. Any information given to Splash Swim. School, for example a
child’s swimming ability or medical details, will be assumed to
be true and accurate, should this not be the case we will not be
liable.
4. Splash Swim. School reserves the right to make changes to the
programme where necessary, or to cancel lessons if there are
insufficient numbers.
5. It is the parent/carers responsibility to notify us of any
illnesses, injuries or medical conditions likely to impede a
child’s safety or ability to participate.
6. The charges set out are for a specified time and day, there
will be no refunds for cancellation, or absence whatever the
reason. Any additional lessons will be charged at the normal
rate.
7. We reserve the right to change times and locations for
reasons beyond our control.
8. It is the parent/carers responsibility for the cost of
getting to and from the pool.
9. We will provide swimming aids and equipment, a qualified
swimming teacher for each group. During group lessons a minimum
of one member of staff will be qualified as a lifeguard. Each
lesson will be a maximum of 30 minutes.
10. It is the parent/ carers’ responsibility to maintain their
children’s safety prior to and after their lesson and to
maintain the safety of other children in their care.
11. Splash staff may occasionally video swimmers for training
purposes only. Photographs may be taken occasionally for Splash
publicity. If you have any objections please put a note on the
bottom of your booking form.
12. Parents are requested not to use video or any type of
camera/mobile phone in the changing rooms or poolside. To comply
with child protection recommendations.
13. It has been identified in the Risk Assessment that only one
parent per class should watch per week at the Stable Club. If
you wish to watch your child, please sign the Parents Rota at
Reception. Other pools have a larger space on poolside and
watching is possible, however please remain silent and sitting
to keep the area safe.
